Under the Washington law, natural gas fired plants are o.k. Unfortunatly this gas comes from Canada so dollars will have to be exported. Also unfortunatly, this increase in demand for gas will cause the prices to rise even further (law of supply and demand folks) making it harder for the poor to heat their homes increasing the need for publicly funded heating assistance. Also heavily regulated in another Washington State law is the ability to burn wood in ones own home. Answer is lots of sex to keep warm.
