Even now with so much power in storage and so many trains not being run it was common to see trains sitting at Emigrant Gap waiting to go east. I guess the continued existence of the FRC gives them the ability to do some load balancing if they need to.

Anyway, I was just talking - I had no intention to start a debate. The UP's gonna do what the UP's gonna do. I don't think they will be consulting us.

For everybody's benefit I hope the economy does improve and we have more people back to work and we get to see even more trains wherever they run.
