Progress Rail ex - CEECO

I drove by the former Coast Engine & Equipment Co. ( CEECO ) facility in Fife, WA yesterday. There were several cars inside the fence receiving repairs & wheelsets. A Tacoma Rail GP - 38 was backing out of the paint booth track. The only sign of a change in ownership is a small Progress Rail decal on the old CEECO sign @ East end employees entrance, but at least the facility is open again.
