The video clip of "Montana and BNSF in Legal Battle Over the Central Montana Rail" once again shows why large railroads are out of control and need to be regulated. There is no reason why BNSF can't work with CMR to interchange unit sized trains by allowing cars to be scattered amongst the small elevators. But BNSF insists upon flaunting their market control under the guise of "protecting" their unit train customers. When will we learn!
