Actually, Mike-- the Press doesn't have their facts straight yet.. The NWP has NO SIGNALS at all, or very, very few at the least. The repairs they are referring to are for GRADE CROSSING protective devices... Flashers, Crossing gates, et al. I think when most of us on here refer to the term SIGNALS we usually refer to the BLOCK SIGNAL variety. Most of the NWP is in DARK territory. Take care and Thanks..
