Former SP line south of Warm Springs, CA question

I am not all that familiar with the Warm Springs Sub but I went exploring yesterday. I noticed the line to San Jose is in horrible shape but looks well traveled nonetheless. So my question is does this line only see local traffic, or does UP run through freights for the coast line on here and if so, is there a set pattern to this traffic? Thanks for anyone that can provide more info on this!
