NS has 2 units ordered, with kits being delivered for conversion of their own units. July 19. 06

BNSF has 10 units on order. June 16, 05

UP has 98 units on order. Oct 13, 05

From a business update dated Nov 14,06 they are have problems meeting EPA requirements and contracts are at risk.
