The Freeway Overpass collapse in Oakland this morning? Affecting train traffic at all???

It is being reported by the Bay Area news media that there has been a partial collapse of a freeway overpass on an interchange in Oakland caused due to a tanker truck explosion. Is this situation going to affect BART ridership and the train movements nearby under that suspected underpass such as Amtrak maybe? Anybody heard?
