That's westbound (southbound) #11, would be about 730am if on time. Northbound #14 would be through Martinez late at night. The giveaway that it's the Starlight is the two baggage cars (in those days, the forward car carried mail), while #5 would have had express boxcars (also carrying mail) right behind the power. The spur with the gondola on the right is now the location of the third track at the new Martinez station.
