Yardley (Spokane) parking area closed

Sorry, but we had to use the "foamer-lot" off of Havana Street on the sunny side of the mainlines at Yardley to dig a big pit for utility encasements under the mainlines and switching leads. I doubt that the area will be opened back up before Havana gets closed off for construction of the new overpass. Sorry, but I can't make a recommendation on any new "legal" spot to park and watch.
