Roger, I trust you guys will have sidewalks on BOTH sides of that bridge when it's done, with some lens ports in the chain link fence, right? As for parking, I've been wishing the parties who are trying to get the Playfair track revamped could dedicate a spot at the west corner of that property for a little railfan parking/viewing area overlooking Napa Street. Not exactly the garden spot for photography, and might have to fend off the transients, but couldn't ask for a more busy crossroads of Spokane action.
