Was in a meeting this a.m. with some contractors and we became confused over some funding Washington State Lawmakers just gave Spokane County for a reload of some sort in Airway Heights, I was assuming this was a new project, guys I was with assumed this was funding for relocating the Gieger Spur. Anyone know which it funds?? If it's a reload, what kind of reload is it (crane, loading dock, spout?) and what's it for?? If it's for the Geiger Spur, is this all the funding that will be needed to start the project?? Thanks in advance to all who reply.
