Santa Cruz Branch Roadbed Deterioration

I noticed that the roadbed is being undermined next to the parking lot at New Brighton Beach State Park. This is a short distance from the scene of many derailments in the past. Does anyone here know the best way to inform Sierra Northern or Union Pacific about this situation?

I saw that a center beam was being unloaded at ProBuild this afternoon, but did not see any of the Sierra Northern crew. I would have informed them of the situation at New Brighton if I could have located them.
