Could not find the emergency number but they should have one stenciled to the signal case that they are required to have by FRA regulation should be an 800 Number.

Here are the other number, this is not very bad looks like trespassers walking or riding are causing the ballast??? to go away , this is excpeted track so you can get by wityh this till iot gets hot and then the track could kink.
