A simple question was asked and yet, not a soul could a give simple reply.

No, I'm not some righteous dude who's above others.

I just find it totally annoying and can't understand why is it that in the later afternoon in previous Winterail events, people have to show up either drunk or with a a lot of beer just to have a nice time at the old Stockton tower area. Given what I've seen in the past, it's no wonder the signage went up. And then there are those who have no respect and get way too close to the ROW with passing freights.

So I guess my simple question regarding the coast line is a mind bending ordeal for those railfans or otherwise, I would have seen a simple reply to the original question.

I'll figure it out by myself.
