ATSF SD45-2's in 1975

I don't have anything new today, so this is just some old stuff.

In October of 1975 I made one of my many trips to Southern California to shoot the Santa Fe and Union Pacific in the desert. SD45-2's were top of the line power then and were being used extensively.

Photo One - 5675 and two other units head east from the Barstow Yard.

Photos Two and Three - SD45-2s around the power pool, then located near the house, as at least one yardmaster called the shop buildings.
