CHSRA Votes to Save Money????

The CHSRA today took a real adult action? Man bites dog?

This is a real first in the post incompetent management era at CHSRA. It voted to stop the "runaway money trains" $4.5 billion ($10 billion based on some internal estimates) bloated seperate track proposal between LA-Anaheim. In a 6-1 vote, Quentin "Boondoggle" Kopp was outvoted in a motion to relook at shared use within the existing right of way. If this becomes a regular routine they might be able to actually build something we can afford and use?
