Mead Clark Lumber Co. and Standard Structures are between Santa Rosa and Fulton. Those two customers alone will want and need daily service for inbound and outbound lumber and the pre-fab trusses made at Standard. My apologies to Dave...didn't see the Smiley. Believe or not the NCRA Charter prohibits scrapping the railroad because its owned by the Public. If the NCRA is abolished than a private operator must buy it and than and then only could it be scrapped. An of course only the north end from Willits to Eureka. The south end is owned by SMART and being held for commuter service. So don't look for the torches anytime soon............
