National Train Day in Portland?

I see that National Train Day is May 8th this year.

Are there any special plans for the event in Portland, ones that railfans might be interested in? I'm not talking free balloons or tours of the dining car, what I'm curious is whether or not the 4449 and/or 700 will be making another guest appearance?
