UP's Roseville to Portland manifest was the MRVPT, and got the same "PT Cruiser" nickname up here in the Portland area.

This train actually terminated at Portland Terminal's (PT) Lake Yard instead of UP's Albina Yard, so the last part of its journey was actually on BNSF' Fallbridge Sub tracks from the north end of Portland Union Station about a mile into Lake Yard.

I had the opportunity to photograph it several years ago passing Union Station with the depot's distinctive clock tower and the downtown Portland skyline in the background.
