Charles, the Santa Maria Valley RR has only two jobs right now. One switches the Celite plant on the White Hills Branch, and the other is the the local using the SMV 70 or the SMV 1801 that picks up their cars from the UP in Guadalupe and heads towards Santa Maria to peddle the cars to their customers. Today, the 1801 will be used to gather up all of the cars that have been released and the crew will deliver them to the UP this afternoon.
