I think I posted one pic at Flickr - a fairly generic one - and have since forgotten my pw and even username. Yes, the fine print basically says that if you post it Flikr owns it and can do anything it wants with it - forever (even if you cancel your account and seeming delete your content - the deletion really doesn't happen you just lose access to it). Are the other photo sites (railphoto, for instance) like that too? I do see copyright banners referring to the poster for pics from railphoto so maybe not?
