Drew, I have heard of other people sending a web site a bill for the unauthorized use of their photos. That sometimes works to get the web site to remove photos that you do not want posted there. Beyond that, I don't know what you could do, other than going to court and asking that a judge rule that TO has to remove your intellectual property.
