If memory serves, W.P. was the only one that came close a couple of times. Nope, on second thought, G.N crossed near Stronghold as far as the Modoc was concerned. The thing that throws it off the Modoc is the location of Lake Almanor. Lake Almanor is located in Plumas County and the Modoc never came near there Somehow we need to juggle the geography around a little.
