Davenport, CA January 1985

On December 18th of 1984, some shifting cargo knocked me off the back of my truck and I landed across the sidewalk and gutter and 18th and Treat St. in San Francisco. In the fall I had broken my left wrist and ended up with an unplanned six week vacation. During that period of time, I decided that, since I could drive and use a camera, it was a good time to start shooting the Santa Cruz and Davenport branches of the SP. It was sure as hell better than watching game shows or soap operas.
