If another party could handle all of the overhead and deliver a cut of loads to the UP at a crew change point such as Nampa, I'm sure that they wouldn't complain too much.

As for the BNSF at Ritzville, you can't do any better than delivering an intact unit train--even if you do only get a 200-300-mile haul. Make it "loose car" business and it's a completely different animal.
