Here's a connection between two of the locomotives you photographed:

For several years after the demise of the Valley Forge Scenic RR, 0-6-0 #58 was stored on a siding on the back side of Phoenixville, Pa., along with VFSR stablemate 4-6-2 #425. The siding was right along Bridge Street at the edge of the business district.

My National Guard unit's armory was located just west of Phoenixville, near Kimberton, and the old Reading Pickering Valley branch ROW, which the VFSR later used, was right next to the armory grounds. I remember driving through Phoenixville on my way to drill seeing the to steamers parked there until they were moved out in the late 1970s.
