Sad to see Richard's pictures of the YVT297 the way it looks today. I took pictures of it right after it arrived on the Museum property some 25 years ago and it looked sharp and sparkled in the sun. Now, it is only wise to repaint it and put it back into its orriginal color, after seeing these pictures. Thanks Richard for sharing these, I appreciate it as I haven't been out to OERM in 12 years.
As I once said recently, "307, Richard, you look good by the Tower, your markers are lit, and I"m over."
