OPRRMS, you do not consider " railbuffs " to be part of the general public ??? Also, I recall several articles in the mainstream media on Ewe - Pee's trademark battles. I'm also thinking U.P. is quite concerned about their public image. It's been said " there's no such thing as bad publicity ", but it sure takes a lot of good publicity to make up for even a little bad.
Regarding how trademark licensing money is spent; no I do not know how it was / is spent. I suppose you will tell me it all goes to widows & orphans, out of the goodness of Ewe - Pee's heart ?!?
