We are having a state wide get together trackside for Arizona Railfans for a meet and greet. We are meeting at Bellemont which is a great location for those who want to camp, is close enough for those who need a hotel room, and an easy drive for those day trippers. Bring your favorite lounge chair, snack and ice chest to sit back and enjoy the action with us.

Location: Bellemont near Flagstaff, AZ

Date: 06/02/07

Railroad: BNSF

General information below

Bellemont is a heavily wooded area near the tracks that you don't need a truck to get to it. The camp site is on this map by the red X or by BM7211. It features a secluded meadow with a clear view of the tracks and easy parking on forest service land. Bellemont is a great base camp to various photogenic spots along the transcon.
