What I find interesting (being a non-railroader myself) is that, with experience, you can "feel" that something isn't right with the train. What would be a give-away in a similar situation? Would it be that the train isn't accelerating/slowing as you expected it to be, would it be something you are seeing in the instruments, or a combo of both? Thanks.
