Georgetown is a funny place, the locals hate the tourists except for the fact that they fuel the
local economy and pay for a lot of local improvements that would otherwise be burdened on the
local residents. It hurts the downtown bars and eateries badly and made only worse by the fact
that it was unannounced and unnecessary.
