The Colorado Hysterical (or is it Hypocritical?) Society has nothing to do with either the C&TSRR, which is jointly owned by Colorado and New Mexico and is overseen by a bi-state commission (known as the C&TS Commission; about the only thing the C&TSRR and the CHS once had in common was that the C&TS Commission was just as dysfunctional until both states decided to replace the Commission's members with people who actually knew what they were doing and weren't simply looking after their own interests, such as a certain loudmouth psychopathic former New Mexico governor who had been the Commission director and is currently deriding the successful efforts of the current Commission), or the CRM (unless you consider receiving some of the equipment that the former operator of the Loop had used there a connection of sorts). Both the C&TS management (and the C&TS Commission) and the CRM are free of the inherent stupidity that plagues the CHS, and neither organization wants to repeat that kind of industrial-strength moronic behavior.
