You might want to wait a bit on hanging Railstar out to dry along with the CHS. I think they were set up to be a fall guy for much that has gone on. True they should have had management on hand thru the winter that would have insisted there be maintainence work done, but they did request such and were rebuffed every time they asked. One bright spot might be the new President or Chairman that is coming on board. (I started to say he couldn't be too much worse; but then remembered this is a political body.) Hopefully the residents of the area and the other Colorado rail historians ought to step forth and demand a house cleaning. I understand there is a recently retired ex-Govennor, more recently ex-School District Supt. that swings a mean construction project. Hope the towns can survive and will force the folks to clean house. I think this will be a watershead year for steam in Colorado and New Mexico. Lots of things about to come to fruition. Andy
