Oh, really? I suppose if you meant the NWP from Willits on south (particularly from Petaluma to Schellville) that would be true, but I know for a fact that is not the case from Willits to Eureka (I was in that part of Texas a few years back and I certainly didn't remember seeing long sections of track/roadbed destroyed by raging rivers, and I doubt that's a problem along the Sheboygan Falls - Plymouth line, either).
