Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think in the pre-merger days that Great Northern tracks ran as far south as Beiber CA. Western Pacific had a line north from Keddie to Bieber. One of the conditions of the UP takeover of WP was that they spin off the line between Keddie and Bieber to BNSF. I believe that BNSF has trackage rights over UP from Keddie to Stockton.
