So now it's October 2010 instead of what was reported many moons ago as being July 2010........

Is it any wonder why words spoken from those associated with and/or in control of the NCRA seem to be spoken from both sides of the mouth............

Just seeing another postponement I'm sure is of such joy to any of those remaining online shippers/receivers that the railroad will once again be alive any day now.........
