It sometimes sucks when one is right about these things.... especially when one supports the development of a first class cost effective high speed rail passenger system for California.

The certainly incompetent, and possibly unethical actions, by the CHSRA, in this modeling fiasco, is now fully unmasked by the UC ITS Study. Many professionals who caught this falsified modeling, based on incompetent validation surveys, were wildly attacked by certain woefully ignorant pro CHSRA types for pointing out this flagrant modeling deception. This incompetent modeling was used to fool the voters, decieve the legislature, and even mislead potential rail investors. Now those who had the courage to unmask this possibly corrupt attempt to mislead Californian's have now been fully vindicated.

Do the actions by certain staff and contractors constitute a possible act of fraud against the State of California, by charging the taxpayers for this possibly faked modeling result as "services rendered"??? Was it known by those who did this work that these modeling results were being deliberately manipulated to create a false result??? Will anyone be sued, prosecuted, or fired for incompetence or malfeasance at CHSRA in this affair, or among the retinue of highly paid snouts feeding at the taxpayer trough who supervised this costly and worthless modeling??? Will we see "lessons learned" by the CHSRA Board, or possibly real reform at CHSRA?

We must all wait and see.......
