Where is Parson?

While perusing my California timetable, I was noticing in the listing for PBX freqs on the UP Coast Sub a reference to 160.950 MHz at Mount Tassajara (north of San Luis Obispo) and at Parson. Does anyone have a clue as to where Parson is? Thanks in advance.
