Western Rail question

Dick and Bruce:
From what I understand about Western Rail's two facilities, if a unit goes to Airway Heights, it becomes, um, "parts"---and toasters--but if it goes to Usk, it comes out with a new paint job for a new owner. Is the 803 a scrap candidate and the 602 a re-build?

As for the 803's routing, from Pasco it will go to Spokane (probably on the M-PASSPO) for the Lind Turn to take to interchange at Cheney. Bruce, are you going to be the guy who actually moves it from Cheney to WRIX?
