How about a public school on the monorail - the school comes to the kids instead of the kids going to school (might cut truancy); perhaps a dinner train; or a hot romantic roving resort hotel; why not your office on a coach (tall office buildings would become obsolete); or several robocop launchers patrolling near gang infested neighborhoods; or... or... or...

$5 billion won't even build 10 miles of such a structure. and similar structures in Kobe Japan were easily knocked down by what would be only a moderate quake in LA. And where did they get the idea they EVER had free flowing traffic; that they must somehaw get back to?

This has got to be a hollywood spoof! or an elaborate april fools joke.

Oh I know - its the southern California version of the NWP. Can't let the Empirors of The North out do them now can they!
