I doubt this unit is going to POVA. It came in on the Hinkle-Spokane so it went into the yard. If it was going to POVA it would have been on one of the through trains to Eastport.

Although to get to the Airway Heights Western Rail operation it will have to be interchanged to BNSF then EWG at Cheney.
