Jim - Karla and I met the Goose in Montague. I placed myself at the crossing as it entered town and took a video via my digital camera. It came out fair, but I still have to figure out how to move the camera on a tripod and reduce the zoom at the same time. duhhhhh! I was invited and accepted the chance to ride in the cab on the way back. Karla met me in Yreka. I was plesantly surprised when Court asked me to spot the locomotive after the passengers got off. It felt good to pull the throttle again!

Bill - just in case Steve does not see your post, the Blue Goose departs the Yreka Depot at around 1100 hours, arrives in Montague around noon and departs Montague around 1330 hours, arriving back in Yreka around 1430 hours (depending how many cows are on the track) :D
