Petaluma

Can anyone tell me the status of the former freight/express building which is (or was) next to the NWP's Petaluma depot. I understand the depot itself has been restored for use as a visitor's center. Some photos also appear to show a small structure between the depot and express building. If ao, what was it's function? Does the city or NCRA own these buildings? Finally, did the P&SR ever serve this depot or did they have their own?
