Expect another auction to include SW1500's, some MP15DC's and some SD40-2's. The upgrade program as currently constituted does not involve the entire SD40-2 fleet, so there will be some surplus to dispose of, possibly as many as 100 or more.

There also will be a need to get rid of the older dash 8 fleet (not the dash 8 W's), the SD60's (not necessesarily the SD60M's) and the occasional wreck-damaged unit.
