Cotton Belt & Portland, OR switchers

Wondering if any of you might know if SP MP15-AC's or MP15-DC's were "local beaters" in Portland Oregon before the UP got it's death grip on SP.

Also wondering if any Cotton Belt diesel switchers (ie. SW1500's) ever got re-assigned to the Portland area in the time period of the '80s or earlier '90s. I have seen road diesels for the Cotton Belt system wide on the SP, but don't recall ever seeing a SSW switcher in the Pacific Northwest.
