Humm.... I'm not a track expert by any means, but from what I know, the more carbon, the harder but more brittle (less flexible), the steel is.
My guess, is welded rail, jointbar, frog insert (this is the one with high manganese), tie plate, and Pandrol clip and spike are about the same.
