The trail is supposed to cross Division Street at grade, with signals.

Incidentally, you've probably noticed that the trail segment between Division and Powell strays from the ROW. This is because the original ROW passes through a wetland area that is apparently one of only two places in Oregon that has a certain type of snapping turtle.

This same ROW segment and the wetland is also home to ducks, geese, herons, bitterns, and Oregon garter snakes; the butte just to the west has at least one coyote den and there has even been a report of a cougar here.
