OPB it is my understanding that Connex may be involved in this, since they stand to lose big time if this goes to court, because they should after mulitple warnings about Sanchez. They also had a poor track record on everything else regarding safety from instruction, to reporting, to testing, that make them a lot less sympathetic than the agency that was contracting with them in "good faith".

A name change and hiring competent rail staff was one thing that was finally done right....out of this tragedy. But, they're not off the hook as a result of the other suit, on failure to properly administer their contract.
