I noticed on the list of approved transportation awards from the State of Oregon was $1 million for the WURR, for a shop, repair facility, and excursion loading improvements. Nothing has been reported in the local papers, but rumors continue that the WURR's Eagle Cap Excursion train is in it's final season. Other than car storage, not much reason to keep the Joseph Branch now.
